On Saturday mornings from 10am to 1pm, we offer you a real immersion in the world of high gastronomy with the team of Chef Nicolas Masse.

Come and reproduce the best recipes from our two Michelin-starred restaurant, followed by a group lunch served as a table d'hôte at La Grand'Vigne.


Different themes are proposed each week:

Share a moment with your family. Our Pastry Chef Anthony Chenoz offers gourmet recipes for young and old on Saturdays from 3pm to 5pm.

A few Saturdays a month, our Head Sommelier Aurélien Farrouil is pleased to welcome you to the "Tasting Tower".

During this one and a half hour course, he will introduce you to oenology in a friendly atmosphere and will answer all your questions about wine and tasting.
