The plate focuses on highlighting the fruits and vegetables from
our organic vegetable garden, meat, dairy and fish products from our own farms

A PLACE MARKED
The freshly redecorated room has been entirely painted in a deep carbon colour to create an enveloping box.
The decorative elements, lighting and tableware are in pure, mineral shades, to focus attention on the plate and the products that come on stage.
The experience would not be complete without wine, the fetish fruit of this land.
The dishes are the perfect complement to the sumptuous range of wines from Pessac Léognan and elsewhere, staging by the Head Sommelier Aurélien Farrouil.
