Rates

Prices include VAT, but exclude the tourist tax of €5.24 per night and per person (and €3.67 at the Chartreuse du Thil).

The half-board supplement includes breakfast and a meal at La Table du Lavoir (excluding drinks).

Credit cards accepted: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express.

Cheques are not accepted.

HOTEL CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3.30 pm. They must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Any overtime will be charged as an extra night.

If you wish to have your room before 3.30 pm on the day of arrival, we recommend that you book the previous night (at a preferential rate if our occupancy permits).

Similarly, for late departures, booking the next night will allow you to keep your room after 12 noon.

If you do not wish to book an extra night, we are happy to store your luggage for you.

In case of a long stay (more than one week), a weekly invoice will be established.

All our rooms are non-smoking.

For reservations of more than 7 rooms or 7 nights, special cancellation conditions may apply. A deposit of 30% is also required on confirmation and full prepayment before arrival. 

RESERVATIONS

A major credit card number is requested for all bookings. The minimum stay is 2 nights over the week-end.

A pre-authorization will be done on your card 72 hours prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations are permitted up to 3.30pm local time 7 days prior to arrival.

Late cancellations or early departures will be charged for the full amount of the stay originally booked.

In case of interruption of the stay or no-show, the entire remaining stay will be charged.

Cancellations for booked treatments at the Spa must be received no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival. If not, total amount of treatments would be charged.

OPEN POLICY

Restaurant La Grand’Vigne is open for dinners from Wednesday to Sunday and for lunches on Saturday and Sunday.

Spa is open from 9 AM to 7 PM everyday except Monday from 10 AM and Sunday to 1 PM.

PACKAGES

Any extra service would be added to your final bill.

No reduction, no deduction, no reimbursement for any service not used.

CHILDREN

Possibility to install a baby bed for 20€ or an extra bed for 50€ in Prestige room or Suite.

Reduced price menus for children up to 12 years old.

PARKING

Free outdoor parking; closed garage 40€ per day.

ANIMALS

Pets are allowed, but are not allowed in the restaurant La Grand' Vigne, the swimming pools and the treatment area.

Single price: 30€ per day.
