For Alice and Jérôme Tourbier, there are two unforgettable dates. The first corresponds to the birth of Sources de Caudaliein Martillac, in 1999. Here, in the heart of the vineyards, the couple have created a domain whose stones and woods seem to date back to a bygone age. Initially, 30 rooms, including a cabin on stilts, welcome guests along with two restaurants and a Vinothérapie® SpaThe only one of its kind in the world, drawing its water from a depth of 540 metres. Over the years, the house has expanded to include new rooms and suites and a wine bar. As for the restaurant La Grand'Vignehe was awarded thea Michelin star in 2010, followed bya second in 2015. One year later, Les Sources de Caudalie became the France's first rural Palace. The initial ambitions of Alice and Jérôme Tourbier were overtaken by events. a new vintage is born.

 

It will be les Sources de Cheverny terroir 2020. In the Loireanother famous French wine region, they are committed to respecting history by reinventing a manor house of the eighteenth century and combining it with a number of contemporary chalets. But why stop there? Experience and maturity are now motivating the couple to to inaugurate two new addresses in the near future.
