The Caudalie Vinotherapie Spa is open on Mondays from 10:00 to 19:00, from Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00, on Sundays from 9:00 to 13:00.
We have an outdoor heated swimming pool, a hammam, a thermal bath and a jacuzzi.
Spa facilities are accessible with treatment booking only (+16 years old guests). The spa is also open to external visitors.
Our outdoor heated swimming pool is open from April to October, from 8am to 8pm.
The outdoor whirlpool is open all year round from 8am to 8pm.
We have 3 restaurants:
- The 2-Michelin star restaurant La Grand'Vigne welcomes you from Wednesday to Friday from 7:30pm to 9:15pm, on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:15pm to 1:30pm, from 7:30pm to 9:15pm.

- Discover our country-inn restaurant La Table du Lavoir and its delicious classic cuisine to savour under the wooden vaults of the old wine storehouses or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the vines (in summer).
La Table du Lavoir is open every day, from Sunday to Thursday from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 9.30pm, on Fridays and Saturdays from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 10.15pm.

- ROUGE, our gourmet grocery and wine bar welcomes you every day from Sunday to Thursday from 11am to 6pm (kitchen service 12am-5.15pm), on Fridays and Saturdays from 11am to 10pm (kitchen service 12am-9.15pm).
The outdoor terrace is open throughout the summer. We do not take reservations at ROUGE.

Pets are welcome at Les Sources de Caudalie as well as La Chartreuse du Thil. Please inform our staff during your reservation.
Please note that pets must be kept on a leash and are not allowed near our pools, at the Vinotherapie spa, nor at the gourmet restaurant La Grand'Vigne.

If breakfast is not included in your booking, it will be charged at 35 euros/person/per day.
Our breakfasts are served with a choice of :
- Enjoy our breakfast buffet every morning from 7:30 to 10:30 at La Grand'Vigne and discover the products carefully prepared and selected by our Chef: Discover the menu
- For those who like breakfast in bed, let yourself be tempted from 7am to 10:30am by our winemaker's breakfast! Our teams are at your disposal to deliver your gourmet basket, composed of fresh and tasty products carefully selected by our Chef.
On the menu The menu includes: a hot drink, freshly squeezed fruit juice, hot pastries and breads with butter and delicious jams and honey, a fresh seasonal fruit salad to fill up on vitamins, a local dairy product, and finally a poached egg, smoked trout from the Pyrenees and creamed spinach (or scrambled eggs).
To order a breakfast basket in your room, call 9.
You are able to check in after 15:30. We do not offer early check-ins.
Check-out is until 12:00. We are not able to offer late check-outs.
We have a free car park, located in the hotel, with electric charging points. To make the most of your stay, we offer you a free valet parking service.
Secure private parking or bicycle parking is available for €40 per day.
Depending on the rate you choose, payment will be made either at the time of booking or at check-out.
At check-in you will need a valid credit card and proof of identity. If you have any difficulties making your reservation, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
We accept the following payment methods:

Cash is accepted for payment at reception.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us.
The hotel is open every day.
Our guest house La Chartreuse du Château Le Thil will be closed from Monday 2 January 2023 at noon to Saturday 1 April 2023.
Cancellations are allowed until 16:00, 2 days before arrival.
On 24 and 25 December, cancellations are allowed until 16:00, 7 days before arrival; on 30 and 31 December: until 16:00, 15 days before arrival.
Stays are not refunded in case of cancellation or early departure.
The hotel is not accessible by public transport. Our staff will be happy to book a taxi for you.
Please note that transfers are not included in the price of your stay.
