Land of vines

"Sublimate with a deep respect for the essence of the product,

without transforming it.

Chef Nicolas Masse's guiding principle is pure and refined.

The plate focuses on highlighting the fruits and vegetables from

our organic vegetable garden, meat, dairy and fish products from our own farms

or artisanal production in Aquitaine.

A PLACE MARKED

with elegance

The freshly redecorated room has been entirely painted in a deep carbon colour to create an enveloping box.

The decorative elements, lighting and tableware are in pure, mineral shades, to focus attention on the plate and the products that come on stage.

From the vegetable garden

to the plate

Like a winegrower, Chef Nicolas Masse composes his dishes as if he were blending a Grand Cru.

He chooses his suppliers carefully, and offers exceptional products, favouring a locavore approach wherever possible.

Naturally, a kitchen garden is set up on the doorstep of the Michelin-starred restaurant, where you can find all kinds of fruit, vegetables and herbs, from the most common to the rarest varieties.

A flight to

GOURMANDISE

Trained in the Aquitaine region, our Head Pastry Chef Anthony Chenoz creates sublime gourmet dishes, from buffet breakfast to dinner, including gourmet receptions in your room.

Delicate compositions and major flavour combinations are orchestrated hand in hand with Chef Nicolas Masse, whose Terre de Vignes identity resonates with Anthony's creativity and expertise.

Perfect matches

The experience would not be complete without wine, the fetish fruit of this land.

The dishes highlight the sumptuous range of wines from Pessac Léognan and beyond, brought to life by Head Sommelier Aurélien Farrouil.
